Even though products displaying ‘Free Shipping’ are free of postage charges they may not be free of import duty/tariffs or other taxes relating to countries outside Australia, this is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once item has been posted from Vampyre Empyre the responsibility of the product/s is in the hands of Australia Post and the purchaser. So please give proper and clear instructions on your delivery address.

Returns Policy

We are happy to provide a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Vampyre Empyre is not responsible for postage on returned goods, and you MUST contact us prior to posting back any goods and we will be glad to help in anyway we can.
NON-REFUNDABLE GOODS are any products: 
On Special,  Made To Order, One Offs , Original or End Of Range.
